Shipping and Return

Shipping Information:

For the Netherlands & Belgium:

• Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day (subject to PostNL/DPD/DHL).
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

For orders outside the Netherlands & Belgium:

• Delivery will occur within 5 working days.
• During promotional periods, shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.

• Belgium (BE): €12.95
• Other Countries: €24,95

Returns Information:

Hygiene Policy:

• Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on products unless they are damaged or defective.

Promotional Periods:

Voucher for Returns During Promotional Periods:

• If you return a product purchased during a promotion, you will receive a voucher worth the purchase amount.
• The voucher will be emailed to you within 14 days after your return.

Shipping Fees During Promotions:

• Shipping is always added to the price during promotional periods for discounted products.
