Shipping:

All orders from the Netherlands & Belgium placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered to your home the next day, depending on PostNL/DPD/DHL. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders outside the Netherlands & Belgium will be delivered within 5 working days. During promotional periods, shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.

NL €5.95 for orders under €50
BE €12.95 for orders under €75

Returns:

If you would like to receive your order, we kindly ask you to contact info@greenplaceamsterdam.com. Here you will receive the return instructions you need within 24 hours.

You can return your product up to 14 days after placing the order. All products you return do not meet the return conditions if: no signs of wear, all cards and accessories are not included and the packaging is intact.

Promotion periods:

During discount promotions, the costs will NOT be reimbursed by GreenPlace. Naturally, you have the comfort of a 14-day cooling-off period and you can return your product within this time, either in accordance with the return conditions.

Would you like to return your purchase using a discount promotion? You will then receive a voucher worth your purchase amount.

You will receive your voucher by email within 14 days of your return.

Shipping is always added to the shipping price during promotional periods for discounted products.
